About

Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Maryann Misiolek has built a career and lifestyle centered on community, family, and meaningful work. As co-founder of MarDav Enterprises, she combines her engineering background with a passion for real estate, leading rehabilitation and rental projects that revitalize neighborhoods across Central Pennsylvania. With over 20 years in the business, Maryann is recognized for her ability to blend creativity, organization, and financial discipline in every project she undertakes. Beyond her professional achievements, Maryann is deeply involved in her community. She chairs the Helping Hands Committee and serves on the Finance Council at St. Ann Byzantine Catholic Church in Harrisburg. She has volunteered with the Ronald McDonald House, supported Lower Dauphin Girls Youth Basketball as Director of Operations, and serves as a founding member of the Lower Dauphin Girls Tennis Booster Club. When she’s not managing properties or volunteering, Maryann enjoys yoga, running, traveling with her family, and spending time at Lake Stonycreek or Rehoboth Beach. Her philosophy—“work to live, not live to work”—reflects her belief that success is about balance, integrity, and building a life you love through consistency and hard work.
